The entire content of the website, including all jewellery design and the use of the name Louise Wade is the sole property of Louise Wade. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content which appear on this website. Nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. All prices are stated in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).
Orders can be placed online and paid for securely using Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Paypal.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item to us within 10 days of receipt. The item must be unworn, in its original packaging and in mint condition. A full refund (not including shipping costs) will then be issued to your original payment within 28 days from receipt of the return.
Special orders, custom jewellery & gift vouchers are final sale and cannot be returned. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the piece is faulty or we have made a mistake. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty, please contact us to arrange return. The item will be replaced or repaired as appropriate and any postage costs incurred by you in the returning of the faulty item, refunded. We are unable to offer refunds for discounted pieces or commissioned pieces, unless the item is faulty.
When ordering Rings, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size. Resizing a ring is possible but is subject to a small charge. If you do require this service then please contact us for a quote.
Online order cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order placed at louisewade.com please return the confirmation email to us, stating your wish to cancel the order. If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to redirect it therefore request that you return the items for a refund.
Late and Lost Deliveries
If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we can provide you with the tracking number to enable you to track your order with Royal Mail.
We are unable to refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (30 days for international items) - this is the point when the Royal Mail classifies a package as being lost.
Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being signed for and delivered
International delivery - When items are sent to another country, your parcel is often handled by more than one postal service. Unfortunately this may mean delivery problems may occur. When we send a parcel abroad, the actual delivery of the item is the responsibility of the destination country’s postal service. Delays can often be caused by customs checks, which can sometimes take up to 1-2 weeks.
Items not received but tracked as being delivered - This may occur when items are delivered to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else may have signed for it. In these cases for a small charge, you may request a proof of delivery certificate from Royal Mail by submitting a signature request form.
Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being signed for and delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that items are delivered to your home address. Louise Wade cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.
Customs Tariffs - We cannot be held responsible for items that are delayed via customs entering the destination country. For orders outside the UK, the buyer is solely responsible for paying any tariffs that may be requested by customs.
